You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of a store credit *. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
You should expect to receive your store credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

When returning a racquet, please make sure that:
- The plastic wrap on the handle is not removed.
- The racquet should not be played with. The racquet should not have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes to the bumper guard.
* There is no credit for paid shipping charges and the cost of custom strings purchased. In addition, for all returned items, there will be charges deducted from the store credit, if applicable, for stringing service ($15.00), free strings ($5.00), and free shipping and handling ($10.00).
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON USED MERCHANDISE. Any used item returned to Tennis-Depot will be shipped back to a customer at customer's expense.
All exchanges and rejections will incur handling and reshipping fee.
All returns on new merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and all associated accessories, promotional items, instructions, and warranty information must be included in order to receive a refund or credit.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.
FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
