We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Wright Express, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club cards and Verified PayPal. We also accept International Cashiers Checks, Money Orders (in US funds), Wire Transfers (e-mail us for instructions) and Western Union.

There is no U.S. sales or export taxes. However, international customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and import customs fees in their respective countries.

All of our international shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Tennis-Depot will replace orders that are lost or damaged during transit.

Due to high risk and/or shipping costs, Tennis-Depot does not ship to some countries. When you fill in your billing address, if your country is not on the pull down menu then we do not ship there.

We do not ship any orders over $500.00 internationally to new customers.

We do not ship any orders with a US based bill- to address to an international address. In addition, Tennis-Depot will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.

If the Billing Address is outside of the United States, regardless of the shipping destination, we require additional information from first time customers. This extra step helps to further protect both our customers and Tennis-Depot from identity theft or credit card fraud.

Since we are unable to verify credit card billing addresses with foreign banks, for mutual protection, we will need the following information faxed or e-mailed to us as an attachment: 
    A copy of the front and back of your photo identification card or driver’s license. 
    A copy of the front and back of the credit card used.
    The name, address and telephone number of the bank that issued the credit card.
 
We will hold your order up to 3 days to receive the above information. If we do not have the information on file or have received it we will cancel your order after 3 days.

Tennis-Depot cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.

Tennis-Depot reserves the right to hold up or refuse to ship any International order it deems fraudulent.
