Penn recently celebrated 100 years of excellence. Starting in a small town in Jeanette, Pennsylvania in 1910, Penn is still going strong and continues to be America's Number 1 Selling Ball.
Penn focuses on producing quality tennis products for players of all levels by ensuring that tennis balls pass 52 quality checks before leaving the factory. Penn has maintained a 50% market share in the U.S. for the past two decades.
Penn is the official ball of the ATP and the Official Ball of USTA League Tennis.
In 2010, Penn introduced QST 36, QST 60 and Control + tennis balls to help promote the USTA 10 and Under Tennis initiatives for kids. These lower pressurized balls allow for longer rallies, making tennis more fun!
